Hello, I tried to join my BUIS 100 class with Prof. Fitch last night on the Campuswire app on my iPhone 14 Pro, but every time I tried to join the #auditorium for the class, the app crashed. I tried joining both with video and without video, and each time the app crashed once I hit the button. Thanks!

I received an email saying my professor answered my questions but I can't see it in my app, een though I recieved an notification from app saying it is answered

Students reported being kicked out of the call and then not being able to hear anything

Usually when I write an answer or comment on a question through the web app, it doesn't show up in the mobile app. I've tried restarting the app but it doesn't help. There is also no refresh functionality.

I occasionally share a youtube video in class. I'll share my screen, play the video, and up until last night, students can watch and listen to the video from the lecture. Last night I did the exact same method, but students no longer could hear the video.

Mid-lecture, my audio/video feed cut to black. I was still able to interact with the class via the Chat box. The students could not hear or see me. I could see, but not hear, the students. When I tried to change the audio input through CampusWire, the interface would not let me unmute myself. All of the following methods failed: 1) fully closing my browser and restarting. 2) Asking students to all leave and rejoin the class. 3) Changing microphones and cameras completely. 4) Having everyone turn their cameras. I was successful in restarting lecture only after fully restarting my desktop and creating a new live room. However, this only lasted 5 minutes before the issue repeated itself. Help.

Every button press on the Android app causes a slight vibration to occur, even when the phone is on silent. Even with the system accessibility options turning off global haptic feedback, the app continues to vibrate on essentially every UI element interaction.

Since the latest update to the iOS app, nothing written in LaTeX appears in any of the posts--there is just a blank space.

Hi, I want to delete my account or unenroll from a class but I can't figure out how to do either. So instead I tried disabling email notifications for the course. However, the emails still are going through. For now I will be marking all emails as spam. This may cause other Campuswire emails to be marked as spam which could be a much more difficult problem to fix but since there's no support and no way to delete my account, there's really nothing else I can do.
