Video quality in Live Sessions

Is there any way to boost the video quality in Live Sessions? I'm holding my office hours in Campuswire, since it manages one-at-a-time meetings much better than Zoom. My students often have questions that require them to share their screens, but the text ends up being unreadable due to the compression.

I second this--Campuswire is so easy to use for office hours, but I'm considering moving to a different system because I often can't read text on my students' screen shares.

Hi Mike Marsh, you cannot change the quality of the screen share at the moment. We are planning to improve this in the near future.
