Just to emphasize one aspect of this... I like to pull up Campuswire during my lecture and show students an exchange from the last couple days. This is a way to encourage them to use it. However, if a student has posted anonymously (but not anonymously to the instructor), their identity will be revealed to the class. Ideally, a student view could be chosen and then this would not be an issue.
