Push notifications for devices instead of email notifications

Add push notifications for iOS devices. I dont check my email often enough and would prefer to be notified via push notifications.

Although there are many messages in section “notifications” in the app but I never received them. I’m using iOS 14.2 and the notification for Campuswire is turned on. There’s only email notification setting in the app.

Hi Christopher Chapman, you should be able to receive push notification from iOS devices. can you try reinstalling the app and let me know if it still doesn't work?

Duong Nguyen: hi thank you! It’s working I only saw settings for email notifications and I wasn’t getting notified when someone in the class posted, only when someone was interacting with my posts / replys. Any way to enable motivations for any posts in the class?

Hi Jerry, sorry about that. This is a known problem with our app and we are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, you can try deleting the app and reinstalling it again.

Most of the time that should solve the problem and push notifications will work again. Make sure you have push notifications enabled for the app in Settings.
