Missing upvotes and questions

Campuswire is deleting/not counting answers and upvotes if they did not occur within the last 30 or so actions of your account. Since you need 70 total actions to level up to advanced (eagle status), this isn't possible. I need that eagle status for credit in my class, so please fix this asap!

Hi everyone, we just pushed out a fix for this problem. The progress bars will now reflect your true progress in the class. Please let me know here if you are still having problems viewing your reputation points.

I seem to be regressing on "questions answered" over time as you can see in the photos. This has been happening frequently over the past couple weeks.

In the past week, I have lost many of my answers & upvotes. I checked my history and noticed that some of my old posts & upvotes just disappeared. There were no notifications whether my posts got deleted. Of course, I haven't delete anything either. I also checked to see if any of the questions that I had replied to were deleted, and it appeared that none of them get deleted. May you please check again.

I seem to be losing points. I was a red bird, and now I am a yellow bird again. I have also submitted more than 4 questions, but that also seems to be incorrect. I also seem to be losing upvotes as well.

I have definitely gotten more that 50 upvotes and have answered more than 20 questions but my reputation tracker says I have only answered 12 question and gotten 16 upvotes.

Hi Sai Sreenivasan, sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known bug on our end and we have not gotten around to fixing it yet. However, this a bug that is only visible to the students side. Instructors and TAs will always get the full and correct reputation points for all students.
We understand that seeing reputation points accurately is important to your learning experience. Thus, we will push this up to the highest priority on our roadmap.

this has also been happening to me. I've noticed when I click to see all activities whenever I get an upvote/answer a question, whatever the last thing on my activities list that disappears is what I lose points in. eg. if the last thing on my list is upvote and I answer a question, the upvote disappears from the bottom of the list and I lose a point in the tracker.

Hi Jacob Wechsler, we are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix for this.
You will still get all of your points and levels rewarded correctly. Your instructors will also always have the correct data. The total number of points and the level that you see will always be accurate. It is only the reputation log and the progress bar that's displaying missing data.
