Such as the \align environment for aligned equations. Support for this exists in, for example, Jupyter notebooks used to code interactively in Python. These notebooks also use markdown syntax, but their environment support is reasonably good.

Duong Nguyen: Is there an estimated timeframe around which we can expect to begin using LaTeX environments such as \align? I would like to use Campuswire for a summer course that I'll be teaching, and having this feature will determine whether I can actually make the switch from Piazza.

Sa'diyya Hendrickson: I can't guarantee when this feature will ship as we are currently in the process of building Pro features that will further help instructors facilitate online learning. However, I will make sure that this gets bumped up on the road map so hopefully we can see it ships within a couple of months from now on.
