Judging from the description, this is the same request as https://campuswire.canny.io/feature-requests/p/ability-to-track-or-follow-questions . I believe students should not be able to pin or unpin other students' posts (if this affects what other students see as pinned or not). Students should have the ability to bookmark posts for themselves though.
