Tade Oyerinde I think to correct spelling mistakes allowing editing would be a good idea. Adding options to polls later is also useful.

Noah White: so our original thinking was not to allow editing of polls (so that users didn't augment the results by switching the options around after people had already voted).

We need to improve this UX though -- perhaps we could allow editing within the first few minutes of creating the poll?
